4 Days / 3 Nights – Deep Regeneration on Rügen

Far removed from everyday life, we create a safe space for retreat, regeneration, and inner transformation.

The day begins with energizing yoga and meditation, bringing clarity, peace, and renewed strength. In the evening, gentle Yin and Restorative yoga sessions invite you to deeply relax, let go, and regenerate your nervous system.

Between our practice sessions, there is plenty of time for you – to rest, take a walk, read, reflect, or simply be. At the same time, a supportive community fosters a sense of connection and belonging.

In addition to the yoga and meditation sessions, I am also available for you: I am happy to support you in personal conversations with whatever is currently on your mind.

You can expect a small, intimate group in a spacious, beautiful house on Rügen – a place where you can recharge, find peace, and reconnect with yourself.
