A lighthouse is one of the oldest means of communication for humans. Its flashing beacon gives you orientation and security and shows you the way even in stormy times. In this OneDayYogaRetreat you will awaken your inner beacon, which will show you the way to your visions and heart's desires for the year 2025.
A magical day awaits you just for you – with gentle Vinyasa Yoga Flow, meditations, sound bath, breathwork, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & journaling you will dive deep into your inner light and surrender yourself to it completely.
From these impulses, you will create your own vision board with your longings and heart's desires for the year 2025. You will then take this framed board home with you (along with your one-day retreat package) so that it accompanies you on your path throughout the year and shows you the direction.
And all this in a deliberately small group of 9 women, in the spherical and magical atmosphere of the monastery | Motherhouse of the Franciscan sisters in Olpe. With delicious food and plenty of time for meeting and exchange.
In addition to your appointment with yourself, you will receive a detailed script, a one-day retreat package including a small surprise and your framed, specially designed vision board. For yoga beginners – who are discovering yoga for themselves and those with mat experience who want to deepen their yoga practice.
The OneDayRetreat “Follow your VisionLight” gives you an intensive retreat to find yourself again in our often turbulent times and to let your inner light shine.
