Description Yoga Retreat

Recognize who you really are when you peel away all the layers of identifications you normally identify with: body, life story, opinions, feelings, etc. What remains? What is and has always been there?
We will address these questions through self-exploration and meditation. In between there are Hatha yoga exercises and time for walks in nature. We will prepare and eat the meals on Saturday (organic, wholesome, vegan) together.
Overnight stays are possible in the neighboring Pension Luisenheim.
