“Yoga is the calming of mental movements” says the beginning of the Yoga Sutra by Patanjali. He explains which steps are necessary using the 8-part path. We will be dealing with this this weekend.
We will meditate a lot and practice Hatha Yoga. The goal is to deepen the meditation practice and come into the silence that is the source of love, joy and bliss.
