Description Yoga Retreat

The wisdom of yoga and the wisdom of the Bible are identical when understood at a deeper level.
Many Bible texts are superficially incomprehensible. They are either misinterpreted or do not make sense. However, if we are familiar with the wisdom of yoga, many Bible verses reveal their deeper, esoteric meaning.
This weekend we will examine a few selected Bible texts and explore their message for ourselves. We will meditate a lot and also do hatha yoga exercises and sing mantras and other spiritual songs.
During the lunch break there is time for walks in nature.
We will prepare and enjoy the meals on Saturday together.
Course fee: €240 + €15 meal fee (cash on site).
Overnight stays are possible in the neighboring Pension Luisenheim.

  • About Us: I am a yoga teacher trained in integral yoga according to Sivananda and a long-time student of the Satsang teacher Pyar, who gave me the name Dechen, as well as a yoga therapist and holistic cancer consultant. I run the Laßnitzhöhe yoga room in my own house.
