Description Yoga Retreat

In a world that often tempts us to live in the external and digital realm, the Day Retreats offer a healing space to look deep inside, to rediscover yourself, in your mental space and in your physical space. These retreats invite you on a journey of reconnecting with your inner spaces. A return to you.
This retreat gives you space to reconnect – with yourself, with your body and with the nature that supports you. In the stillness and vastness of the Kurblhof you can find peace, recharge your batteries and realign yourself internally. It is an invitation to reconnect, to recharge and to reset – a day where you feel how clarity and softness are not mutually exclusive, but rather nourish each other. You go home with more lightness in your body, more spaciousness in your mind, and a fine sense of what truly strengthens you inside and out.
The Kurblhof is a place for pure well-being: "An environment to feel good in, built and furnished using ecological building principles and natural materials, always in harmony with nature." This quality immediately won me over as an expert in architectural psychology. For those seeking tranquility, the atmospheric yoga room with garden access and the spacious spa area invite you to unwind and reflect. For nature lovers and those seeking restlessness, the Tyrolean mountains await you here with breathtaking views and easy hiking trails.
High above the Leutasch Valley, a quiet space for regeneration opens up. The wellness area at Kurblhof is deliberately designed with minimalism – warm wood, clay plaster and soft light create an atmosphere in which body and mind alike can find peace.
Two saunas – a Finnish sauna and a gently heated sanarium – invite you to spend the day in soothing warmth. Between sessions, you can breathe fresh mountain air on the panoramic terrace or snuggle up in the light-flooded relaxation room and enjoy the view into the distance. A small tea and vitamin bar provides moments of self-care.
Everything here is designed to slow you down, ground you, and bring you back into your natural rhythm.
This place complements the retreat in a special way – as a space of silence, regeneration and transition. Here, the experiences can settle, and from this stillness new strength arises.

  • About Us: My entire being and actions have always revolved around humanity and visions of a more valuable life. Be it in architecture, in the creation of humane living spaces, or in movement within connecting communities. It's about exploring and shaping spaces within and around you, and unlocking your potential.
We practice yoga twice a day. The yoga practice on the mat in the morning is designed to be constructive, powerful and energizing, while in the late afternoon we focus on decelerating, somatic Yin Yoga. Always sprinkled with a touch of pranayama and meditation.
My teaching style is a mix of all the teachings and practices I have experienced myself. My yoga style is particularly influenced by yoga therapy approaches, spatial and perceptual impulses, and a deep introspection. The yoga on the mat is framed by inspirations and new impulses for a yogic lifestyle off the mat, right in the middle of your life.
Let yourself be surprised. Every retreat is unique. And it will continually give you new insights.
