Description Yoga Retreat

Experience four powerful days with lots of yoga, meditation, dance, massage, mantra singing and silence in the beautiful ambience of the Obernberg Valley. Yoga means unity or unification of the opposites of sun (ha) and moon (tha), of yang and yin, of activity and letting go, of strength and flexibility, of male and female principles, of giving and receiving. Nevertheless, these opposites are necessary for energy to flow. They are the basis of everything that manifests. In order to release blockages or to get stagnant energies flowing again, we stimulate our meridians and then balance them so that they come back into equilibrium.
After morning breathing and meditation exercises, we activate our Yang channels to our limit with dynamic Jivamukti Yoga sequences in order to stimulate our inherent core power and feel every cell of our physical body. This energization enables us to delve deeply into our subtle essence. With gentle Yin Yoga sequences, moving and silent meditations, guided massage sessions and singing mantras, we let go of what no longer suits us; what does not come from our hearts, what is artificial and not genuine because it comes from outside (upbringing, parents, teachers, social conditioning). Then it happens all by itself: the vitality returns to the body …
