  • About Us: Who is giving the retreat?
    We are Annette and Thomas Möllmann from Beckum, passionate yoga teachers with over a decade of experience. Our journey in yoga inspired us to open one of the largest yoga studios in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2020 – in the middle of the pandemic. Despite the challenge of having to close our studio for seven months immediately after opening, we managed to not only maintain our membership numbers but also increase our revenue by an impressive 66 percent in 2023.
    ​The key to our success? The application of spiritual laws of cause and effect. These principles have helped us grow professionally, spiritually and in our personal lives. Now we would like to share our knowledge and experiences with you.

    - 500 hours of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, 500 hours of AYI method by Dr. Ronald Steiner
    - Ayurvedic nutritionist since 2014

    - energetic training according to Tibetan Buddhist tradition since 2016
