A whole new way to experience yoga!
You hang in the air using a large cloth, which gives you a feeling of weightlessness. With the help of gravity, the usual asanas can be experienced in a completely new way!
Aerial yoga is about dealing with gravity in a playful way.
Transferring your own body weight to the cloth, which has a lot to do with letting go and trusting, working on flexibility and strengthening your own body are central to yoga.
The cloth is your partner.
It is a trapezoid-like cloth that hangs from the ceiling. You can place individual body parts in this cloth, hang from different parts of your body, swing, experience many inversions in a completely new way or simply lie down in the cloth to relax in Savasana.
You can imagine that aerial yoga is also a lot of fun. By swinging, which reminds us of our childhood, the same happiness hormones are released and we come into contact with our “inner child”.
You train all muscle groups and stretch your entire body at the same time.
By using the cloth, some of the asanas are easier to perform and help you to better understand the actual asana. During this training, the muscle groups in the arms, legs, back, stomach and shoulders are stretched and tensed. Strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility are promoted.
Aerial yoga also has a big impact on the mental level. Sometimes you need a little courage and then celebrate your successes. Which gives you a whole new body feeling. There is also something very protective about it. You are very protected in your wrap and you lie in the wrap like in a cocoon. This feeling of security reminds you of the feeling you felt as a baby in the womb.
It offers you a very intensive contact with yourself!
Description Aerial DEEP Yoga
Aerial Deep Yoga is a therapeutic form of AERIAL YOGA.
In this gentle variation, you float in your cloth only about 15cm above the ground. Swinging and circular movements give you the feeling of weightlessness. Muscles, joints and nervous system experience mobilization, regeneration and healing. Flowing movements combined with conscious breathing and special visualizations regenerate all structures of the body, create holistic deep relaxation and stimulate your self-healing powers and your positive attitude to life.

Description Aerial YIN Yoga
Aerial YIN Yoga is the gentle form of aerial yoga. Here the practice of Yin Yoga merges with Aerial Yoga. In this variation you float just above the ground. We use light movements and longer held passive positions to gently influence deeper layers of the body, so you experience a completely new body feeling.
As with Yin Yoga, the muscles should be relaxed and the postures are also held for 3 to 5 minutes. Joints and spine gain completely new freedom of movement. The fascia tissue is loosened and allows the fascia to be hydrated more. This newly stimulated energy flow releases even deep tensions and energy blockages in the muscles and connective tissue. The internal organs are gently massaged and the nervous system slides into a deep, restful relaxation
