Description Yoga teacher training
The 200-hour yoga teacher training is the start of a wonderful journey to yourself, on which we are happy to accompany you. The training consists of extensive yoga practice as well as workshops in which you learn more about the alignment of the poses, yoga anatomy and philosophy and can develop your own personal style. As a teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance (RYT 200), you can now set up and teach your own individual class, depending on the level of difficulty and needs of your students. In addition, anyone who would like to deepen their yoga practice is welcome to take part in the intensive course.

The goal of the 200-hour yoga teacher training is to gain a broad insight into the diversity of the yoga world so that you can develop into an independent and authentic yoga teacher. We will learn about various definitions of yoga as a general overview before explaining our view of yoga, exploring the roots of HATHA - the most traditional form of yoga and oldest source of asanas in the contemporary world.

About Us:
Trimurti Yoga is one of the most successful international yoga schools in India, Bali and New Zealand. Simone was able to accompany the team of experienced and highly qualified teachers of various yoga styles and traditions internationally for over 5 years. After a short exchange it was clear: We bring international yoga teacher training to the mats in our native language!
Our goal is to pass on traditional forms of yoga in our time with the optimal benefit for students and to share joy, health and happiness with people from all over the world.

Simone Bartmann
Simone stood on the mat for the first time 50 years ago at what was then known as Mother & Child Yoga. It is not without reason that she is affectionately called the “yoga mom”. Simone has been running a kite and windsurfing school in the Philippines for over 20 years and, to compensate for this, she dealt with Far Eastern movement theory early on and was able to experience the diversity of the yoga world locally, first as a student and now pass it on as a teacher and trainer at TrimurtiyogaDE.
