Description Yoga teacher training

Within a year you will learn a lot about yoga asana, philosophy and anatomy in 200 hours + so that you can teach yourself or simply get deeper into yoga. In addition, with a little more effort (included in the 200 hours + 2 additional weekends = 12 weekends total in 2023 and 2024) you can become a resilience trainer at the same time. Simply for you or to teach relaxation courses and resilience training.

The content is based on the BDY training and can be supplemented with 300 additional hours in the following year.

The location of the training is the historic home of the artist Bernhard Hoetger in Worpswede. There is a particularly fine atmosphere here for learning, because he was always oriented towards nature and wanted to bring it into the buildings that he built and designed.
