The VOYA 200h Yoga Teacher Training is aimed at people who not only want to practice yoga, but also understand it more deeply and pass it on in a well-founded way. The focus is on a modern, body-conscious and undogmatic approach to yoga – combined with clear methodology, personal guidance and plenty of practical teaching experience.
The training combines Asana practice, Pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, functional anatomy and modern teaching methods. You will learn how to structure yoga classes effectively, lead them safely, and adapt them individually to different people, bodies, and needs.
A special focus is placed on combining traditional yoga knowledge with current understanding of movement, body awareness, nervous system and mental health. This creates a holistic learning path that strengthens your professional skills and deepens your own practice at the same time.
The training includes, among other things:
- Asanas from Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
- Pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra and mindfulness
- functional anatomy, biomechanics and myofascial relationships
- Sequencing, cueing, modifications and safe lesson planning
- Yoga philosophy, history and key texts
- Teaching practice, mentoring, feedback and personal development
The training takes place in small groups and combines classroom modules in Bremen, supplementary online learning components and an intensive retreat week. Upon successful completion, you will receive a 200-hour certificate, which you can use to apply for registration with the Yoga Alliance.
This training is suitable for aspiring yoga teachers as well as experienced practitioners who wish to explore yoga, anatomy and personal development on a deeper level.

Our 200-hour yoga teacher training is usually divided into 6 training weekends and one intensive week. This creates a well-structured training path that combines regular learning, personal integration, and in-depth practical experience.
The training comprises a total of 200 hours and is aligned with the standards of the Yoga Alliance as an RYS 200 training. Upon successful completion, participants receive a corresponding certificate.
The training combines classical and modern elements of yoga. These include, among others:
