Goal:
You will be able to give a 60-90 minute Aroma Thai Yoga Massage. Here you will learn Thai yoga massage techniques and how to use 100% natural oils. These techniques can enrich your courses, individual lessons or your private environment.

Are you fascinated by scents and their effect on the senses?
Would you like to give those around you more precious touch?
The Aroma Thai Yoga Massage includes pressure techniques and passive stretches. It traditionally takes place on the clothed body, on a feel-good mattress. The 100% natural oils can develop their effect as steam distillation in the room or can be used directly on the body (feet, hands, neck, face).
This combination of mindful touch and the quality of essential oils creates a comprehensive feel-good experience. The mind is stabilized and centered with every breath while the body relaxes and lets go.
