Spiritual systems have always used breath to reach deeper levels of consciousness.
We breathe from the moment of our birth until the moment of our death. Our breath is a constant in our lives; everything else changes, but the breath remains.
IT BREATHS YOU, it is life itself that breathes you.
In yoga, breath is called "Prana" and means life force.
Observing, training, and deepening your breathing can lead to experiences on all levels of your existence.
Your breath represents the connection between body and mind and always guides you back to the present moment. It is the only moment in which life happens.
Through conscious breathing exercises you can:
- immediately have a positive effect on your autonomic nervous system
- experience deep relaxation
- Identify and resolve blockages
- increase your life energy and resilience
- Experience liberation and states of being like perhaps never before.
Cosmic Healing
Energy training and education of heightened consciousness.
In combination with COSMIC HEALING according to Anke Evertz, you will learn to playfully restore the cosmic order – without manipulation, solely from your own creative field.
COSMIC HEALING uniquely combines deep energetic knowledge, spiritual training, and intuitive soul work. It opens up a space of consciousness in which you work with energies across levels, instead of just acting through methods – guided by your inner knowledge and the connection to the spiritual world.
This training is deeply experience-based. You will learn to read energy fields, identify their causes, and regulate them.
Cosmic Healing empowers you to meet your clients on different levels and provide solution-oriented advice.
You immerse your consciousness in the quantum field of energetics, learn to interpret it and use it as your personal cosmic compass.
Systemic & Medial Constellation Work
In the Cosmic Healing Breath Coach training courses, I will use systemic constellation work as needed to resolve entanglements and restore the "order of love". One's own life themes, questions, and especially relationships with other people can be spatially arranged in relation to each other using representatives, thus making them visible.
You will gain a deeper understanding of the causes of illness symptoms, conflicts, and blockages.
Systemic constellation work is a very sustainable and efficient method for identifying solutions and initiating healing.
In our work with systemic constellations, we go a step further: We combine systemic work with mediumistic perception – that is, the ability to receive information from subtle or energetic levels.
This means we work not only with the visible structures, but also with the energy, the field of consciousness, and spiritual guidance.
In this holistic training, which addresses body, mind and soul equally, you will learn to set healing impulses that enable profound transformation.
This training is not technical, but deeply experience-based. You will learn to read energy fields, to recognize causes – on a spiritual, physical, mental and multidimensional level – and to follow the divine blueprint of the person you are dealing with, instead of "treating" them.

5 modules = 5 weekends of 19 hours each.
Approximately 4 additional online advanced courses or practice sessions are offered.

After this training, the following further training opportunities are available:
Yin Yoga Healing Training: 5 modules.
Chakra Healing Yoga Training: 7 modules.
Essence Dialogue® Systemic Constellation Facilitator Training: 9 modules
If you are already an EssenceDialogue® Coach or Cosmic Healing Breath Coach, you usually only need 4 modules of systemic constellation work to obtain the EssenceDialogue® Systemic Constellation Leader certificate.

The training takes place in the Rhein-Sieg district. The seminar rooms may still change.
