A sound bowl massage (or sound massage) is a relaxation method in which special sound bowls are placed on or held directly above the clothed body and gently struck. The resulting sound waves are perceived as soothing vibrations that spread throughout the body.

Effects and benefits

The method is based on the assumption that the human body consists largely of water, which is set in motion by the vibrations – similar to a stone being thrown into a pond.

Deep relaxation: Effectively helps reduce stress and promotes inner harmony.
Releasing blockages: Can loosen muscular tension and release mental blockages.
Activation of self-healing powers: The vibrations are intended to stimulate the body to self-cleanse and regenerate.

Personal training usually begins with an initial consultation (anamnesis) in which health limitations and personal goals (e.g., stress reduction, flexibility, or back fitness) are discussed.

The process will be completed. Based on this, an individual exercise plan will be created, including breathing exercises, meditation, and targeted assistance. Chair yoga is also possible.

Lessons can take place in the yoga studio or at your home, depending on the arrangement.
