I am Olga, a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, specializing in back health and stress management. I explain mindfulness and breathing exercises in a modern and scientifically sound way – without esotericism, but with plenty of warmth and relevance to everyday life.
What you can expect in my lessons:
- Themed lessons with a common thread – a new focus each week
- Powerful flows that challenge body and mind
- Breathing techniques and mindfulness that you can directly integrate into your everyday life
- Small groups with personal support and individual assistance
- A special focus on a healthy, strong back
For whom? For beginners as well as experienced users – all exercises can be adapted to your level.Prices
- Trial lesson: free – get to know me and my style without obligation
- Single lesson (60 min): €20
- 5-session pass: €90 (€18 per hour, valid for 6 months)
- 10-session pass: €165 (€16.50 per hour, valid for 12 months)
Memberships – for everyone who wants to practice regularly:- BASIC: €65/month – 1 live hour per week, guaranteed place in the course
- PLUS: €85/month – additional online video library for home use and mindfulness prompts via WhatsApp
- PREMIUM: €129/month – everything from PLUS, all workshops included and 1 Thai yoga massage per quarter
Annual membership: Pay for 10 months, practice for 12 months.
Wellness Extras: Thai yoga massage (60 min. €75 / 90 min. €95), private yoga 1:1 (€85) and the “Private Reset” package (€379).
