Description yoga
Ashtanga yoga is one of the oldest forms of Hatha yoga in the world. The more dynamic form of yoga is also described as a 'dance of the breath with the body'. It has a holistically beneficial effect, helps reduce stress, promotes physical well-being, the ability to concentrate and vitality. Regular practice keeps you young and healthy, strengthens the entire muscles, connective tissue and circulation, relieves tension, helps to eliminate harmful substances, improves fitness and gives a clear, agile mind.
The holistic exercise units can be practiced throughout your life. The main subjects taught are posture (asana) and breathing control (pranayama).
