Welcome to Breathing Air +!
The Breathing Air + Center in Hennef is intended to be a place where you can catch your breath, learn to feel yourself again and take care of your personal well-being.
I support you in mobilizing your body's self-healing powers. I have specialized in methods through which you learn to help yourself and thus promote and maintain your health.
The focus of my work is on breathing courses and individual breathing lessons based on the “Hatha Yoga breathing theory” (also known as “Pranayama”), in which you can learn special breathing techniques and thus alleviate various physical, mental and emotional complaints. As a Hatha Yoga breathing exercise instructor, it is important to me to bring my clients closer to the power of their own breath.
The “+” stands for further offers to increase personal well-being, such as exercise and nutrition coaching, yoga courses and aesthetic treatments, primarily permanent hair removal using IPL.
I have been interested in alternative healing methods since early childhood and have continued to educate myself in this area. I incorporate medical knowledge about the anatomy, physiology and biochemistry of the body, which I learned during my medical studies, into my work in combination with knowledge about the body's self-healing methods. My diverse experience in meditation and relaxation techniques also supports me.
