Description yoga

From dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa to Sun and Moon Flow to calm Yin, depending on the time of day and the participants, I offer yoga that is difficult to pigeonhole. Energetic exercises from Kundalini yoga and meditations round off every hour. For me, there is always a common thread or theme running through the lesson and each one is individually planned and taught with heart and love. The online yoga is based on donations and has developed into a real passion project for me and it fills me with joy that it continues to exist and continues to grow.     AYprilYogi hat meine Yoga Begeisterung geweckt. Die Übungen sind ausgesucht je nach Thema und vorher angekündigtem Anstrengungsgrad der Stunde. Sie treffen den jeweiligen Anstrengungsgrad sehr gut und somit kann man sich beim "Good night Yoga" eher dehnen und entspannen und kommt aber genausogut beim "Power Yoga" mit dem Sonnengruß auf Trab. Die Stunden und Themen sind mit viel Engagement geplant und die Übungen oft mit leichteren Alternativübungen gezeigt. Somit sowohl für Anfänger als auch für Fortgeschrittene geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen!

    Ina schafft es die Stimmung der Teilnehmer aufzunehmen und auf sie einzugehen. Die Flows sind mal anspruchsvoll und mal entspannend, genau der richtige Mix, auch für mich als Anfängerin. Auf Fragen geht sie schnell und verständlich ein, man merkt wie viele Gedanken sie sich um die einzelne Stunde gemacht hat. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

    Das Yoga bei dieser Ina ist eine echte Bereicherung für mich! Ina ist sympathisch, kompetent und empathisch. Sie zeigt die Übungen sehr gut vor, sagt an, worauf man achten soll und gibt Alternativen. Jede Stunde bei Ina hat ein Thema, das die Stunde sehr rund macht. Ich fühle mich nach dem Yoga bei Ina immer sehr bewegt und entspannt. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!

    Achtsam, klar & sympathisch

    Ich freue mich immer wieder, bei Inas Yoga-Session dabei zu sein - sie leitet gut folgbar & sichtbar (auch über Kamera!) an und lädt auch auf eine sympathische Art mit Impulsfragen ein, noch mehr im eigenen Körper zu spüren.

    Tut gut, ist nicht zu anstrengend und auch nicht abgehoben spirituell!

    Super Kurs, nicht zu prätentiös

    Der Kurs ist sehr abwechslungsreich, aber gleichzeitig kommt man als Einsteiger schnell rein. Die Trainerin ist sehr sympathisch, natürlich, sie macht es wirklich gerne. Das sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, wo man sich nicht für seine Fehlerchen schämen muss und sich gut auf die Übungen und Flows einlassen kann.
