With Your Yoga, Judith Temmel (née Köhler) and Marlen Reinwald (née Köhler) offer unique diversity in Hamburg. Through her, Bikram Yoga became very popular and is now a trend worldwide. The sisters started with Bikram Yoga and their innovative trend continues. After over twenty years of studio and teaching experience, creativity and love for yoga, Your Yoga now also offers other types of yoga such as Hot Flow, Forest, Power, Flow, Gentle and Yin Yoga.
We were the first to open a Bikram yoga studio in Germany in the middle of Eppendorf in 1999 and brought hot Bikram yoga from the USA to Hamburg. All of our yoga courses have their origins in Hatha yoga. Our course schedule at www.your-yoga.de tells you when we offer yoga and what you should keep in mind if you are a yoga beginner. Please be in the studio 20 minutes before the regular course. A registration is not necessary.
