Description yoga

In my classes I want to convey the holistic nature of yoga. At the beginning of my Vinyasa flows, I like to incorporate topics from yoga philosophy. But of course Asana practice should not be neglected either. Every person and every body is individual. I would be happy to support you in fully exploiting your potential by providing assistance with the correct anatomical alignment of the asanas.

Tolle Yoga-Lehrein, abwechslungsreiche Kurse & schöner Raum mit guter Atmosphäre

Ich besuche Theresia‘s Kurs bereits seit längerem und bin super zufrieden. Bisher mit Abstand der beste Kurs, den ich besucht habe.
Da die Kurse geschlossen sind und die Teilnehmerzahl begrenzt, kann auf jeden einzelnen eingegangen werden und man wächst in der Gruppe.
Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass jede Stunde einen anderen Fokus hat, auf den man sich einstellen kann und auch noch etwas über die theoretische Yogapraxis lernt.
Der Kurs findet in einem sehr schönem und hellen Raum statt, in dem man sich direkt wohlfühlt und entspannen kann.
Ich kann Theresia‘s Kurs wirklich nur empfehlen! :)

Definitiv zu Empfehlen

Ich mache schon etwas länger Yoga und habe daher auch verschiedene Kurserfahrungen gesammelt. Theresias Kurs kann ich definitiv zu 100% empfehlen. Die Stunden sind abwechslungsreich und irgendwie trifft sie immer das was man gerade braucht, so ging es mir zumindest immer. Super ist auch, dass es quasi zu jeder Stunde ein Thema gibt, was sie immer am Anfang nennt. So erhält man nebenbei noch hilfreiche Infos und kann ein bisschen einschätzen was in der Stunde praktiziert wird. Auf individuelle Bedürfnisse geht sie prima ein und die Gruppe hatte auch immer die Möglichkeit sich mal ein Stundenthema zu wünschen.

Schon länger dabei und begeistert!

Ich bin seit ca. einem Jahr bei Theresia im Yoga.
Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und gut aufgehoben. Sie geht auf die Bedürfnisse der einzelnen Teilnehmer ein und bietet immer Alternativen an, falls mal etwas nicht so will.
Man bekommt an jedem Anfang der Stunde ein paar Informationen wo die Reise hingeht um sich darauf einzustellen zu können.
In unserer Gruppe ist ein deutliches vorankommen spürbar. Man kommt besser in die Positionen und kann sie länger halten. Für mich sehr wichtig.

Ich kann die Yoga-Stunden bei Theresia nur wärmstens empfehlen!
