Little Gurus - Kinderyoga

Description yoga

Namaste dear children and parents,

My name is Angela Giorgi and I accompany children aged 5 and over with great joy and mindfulness on their very own yoga journey. In my classes I combine movement, pranayama, breathwork, meditation and creativity into a loving, holistic experience for body, mind and imagination.
Under the name Little Gurus, a protected space is created where children can playfully discover yoga, develop self-confidence and find inner peace. With creative impulses, gentle exercises and a lot of empathy, I support them in perceiving their bodies better, building self-confidence and going through everyday life feeling stronger.
The focus is on:
-Movement with ease
-Promoting self-confidence
-Strengthening inner peace
-Development of imagination and creativity
-mindful experience of one's own body
