1. Mondays, 6.30 p.m. - BodyMindYoga (Hatha Yoga in combination with spiral dynamics)
2. Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. - Happy Back (yoga for back, shoulders and neck)
3. Wednesdays, 7:15 p.m. - Move.Stretch.Smile (gentle yoga flow followed by fascia stretching)
In my yoga courses, body, mind and breath come into harmony with classic Hatha yoga exercises.
Spiral dynamics means moving 'naturally' and knowing the principles of natural movement sequences in order to feel them in your own body and learn them again.
BodyMind Yoga therefore offers the opportunity for a mindful and anatomically correct yoga practice with various needs and body-oriented focuses.
