Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind:
For beginners I have the so-called Entry-level package created. 1.5 hour lively lecture on yoga. What is yoga? How does yoga work? Especially when stressed. As part of this lecture, an important breathing technique will be learned. This is followed by 60 trial minutes. Always on Sundays! Request appointments!
You can also come and try out as part of the course schedule: 90 minutes of trial costs €10. Please arrange your desired date in advance and bring comfortable sports clothing (without zippers or buttons) as well as socks and a pad for the virgin wool mats. Yoga is not a question of flexibility - yoga is a philosophy of life, an inner attitude. No inhibitions - just come and try it out. YOGA IS A PATH OF EXPERIENCE. Preliminary discussions are possible at any time upon request!!!!
