Beginner

Intermediate
Here we encourage you to progress physically and mentally. Advanced asanas can be tried out at the same time - but they are not a must.

Mamiflow - 90 minutes just for you
In collaboration with “Anna & Kuckuck” we offer a beginners class on Fridays for moms who would like to start yoga or want to get back into yoga. The special thing is that during this time you can hand your child into the hands of a loving carer at “Anna & Kuckuck”.

Our basic courses
We recommend that you take part in a basic course before or after you start yoga. There is space and time to explain exercises in detail and answer questions. This is the ideal prerequisite for your regular attendance at the open courses.
Basic course I
Have you always wanted to get to know yoga and are you looking for relaxation from stressful everyday life? In our basic course I you will learn the basic orientations of postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama). We explain and practice individual positions and introduce you to the basics of yoga techniques. In small theoretical units you will be explained the 5 pillars (body, breathing, relaxation, nutrition, meditation) of Hatha Yoga.
8 different units of 90 minutes each.
Basic course II
Here we build on the techniques from Basic Course I and deepen your knowledge. There are also new asanas and breathing techniques. Further relaxation techniques and meditations round the whole thing off.

Tao Yoga & QiGong course
The special features of this course are slow, flowing movement, breathing and meditation exercises from the Universal Healing Tao System by Mantak Chia. They help you to be more aware of the flow of life energy Qi in your body. This reduces stress and tension and stimulates and harmonizes the flow of energy. The course is suitable for anyone who wants to relieve muscular and mental tension, improve their coordination and increase their resistance to stress. You experience more inner peace, balance and centeredness.
