Description yoga
With me you can get to know or get back into measured, precisely guided Hatha and Yin Yoga beyond the fitness chains. Instead of practicing yoga in an Olympic style like higher, faster, better - it's better to practice consciously, joyfully and with loving mindfulness towards yourself. I also offer eye yoga courses in workshops. Here you will learn how to specifically relieve the strain on your eyes, especially when working in front of a screen for long periods of time.
The self-paying courses have a maximum of 8 participants, so I can guarantee individual assistance.
The classes on Monday are extra gentle and also suitable for people with disabilities or no previous knowledge. The course on Tuesday and Wednesday (different location) is a good fit for people with some previous knowledge who would like to practice yoga in a more vigorous way.
