Introduction to Karam Kriya
Karam Kriya is not a human invention, nor an old or new numerological system. It is not numerology in the classical sense. It is not about interpretation or decoding. Karam Kriya is the practice of reading life through numbers and correctly decoding our communication. It is a school of perception that teaches us to listen, gain clarity, and act authentically.

The Karam Kriya consultant training combines guided conversation, meditation, reflective writing, and group work to gain a deep understanding of numbers and their universal principles.

Training structure & modules

The training comprises 9 modules over one year. Each module is a journey through the qualities of a number and its effect on communication, perception, and consciousness.

Module 1 – Number 7: The Games of the Mind
Explore and examine the mind, its patterns and games. Learn to use them to your advantage and rewrite your story. Gain perspective on the bigger picture.

Module 2 – Number 5: The Language of Numbers
The number 5 teaches the power of words, the five voices of conversation, and how to use them creatively. Let go of your preconceived notions and fantasies and rediscover balance in your life. See the connection between everything and everything else.

Module 3 – Number 1: A new beginning
Focus on the soul. Individuality and initiation. The number 1 represents soul impulse, magical beginnings, the magic of simply being and simplicity.

Module 4 – Number 2: Polarity & Relationship
Recognize your need for connection and separation, maintain the polar tension, cultivate emotionality into devotion. The number 2 teaches the healthy way to say no.

Module 5 – Number 3: Tools, Practice, Self-Expression
The number 3 provides practical tools for everyday life in the 3-dimensional world. It teaches how to deal with shame and self-rejection and how to develop authentic agency. It teaches how to act instead of reacting.

Module 6 – Number 4: Being consciously present in the heart
The number 4 invites you to trust, open your heart, connect with your inner self, and let go of all self-doubt. Humanity, spontaneity, and closeness cultivate a neutral awareness for healing.

Module 7 – Number 6: Silent Presence
The number 6 challenges you to take full responsibility for your thoughts, words, and actions, and to face the consequences with clarity and grace.

Module 8 – Number 8: Healing & Purity
The endless process of healing, your handling of power, energy, and authority. The wisdom of not knowing. Healing through communication.

Module 9 – Number 9: Completion
The number 9 points to the subtle realm of creation, the numbers themselves, and the universal principles that guide us. It represents refinement of communication, patience, and the perfection of imperfection.

Extra module – Residential Masterclass
An in-depth retreat with Shiv Charan Singh (see info pack). Intensive practice, personal encounter, and deep immersion in the wisdom of numbers. Participation is optional and costs extra.

Training management

Paramjeet Singh has been studying Kundalini Yoga & Karam Kriya with his spiritual teacher Shiv Charan Singh since 2010. Together with his wife, he has been running the Yoga Japa – School for Conscious Living in Berlin since 2017.
He is the translator of numerous Kundalini Yoga books. As a linguist and guitarist...
He deals with the translation and musical setting of mantras and
Shabds, which he translates directly from the original Gurmukhi script into German to ensure the correctness
To facilitate pronunciation when learning mantras. The wisdom of numbers and the Shabd.

FAQs – Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a certificate and is it recognized?
Yes. The prerequisite is full participation in all modules as well as the writing of a personal statement, which is shared and reflected upon within the community.
The certificate serves as confirmation of your investment in yourself – in terms of time, energy, and money – and as a qualification to serve others. There is no formal exam.

Can I make up for missed modules?
Yes. If you are unable to attend certain dates, you have the option of making up modules in the next session, possibly via video or another Karam Kriya training. Please contact us to find the best solution.

I have little to no experience with numerology. Can I still participate?
Absolutely. No prior knowledge of numerology is required – on the contrary: you'll especially benefit because you're not yet influenced by cultural interpretations. Here are 3 things that can be good preparation for you.
