YOGA with DAISY

About me:
All my life I have been looking for a path that combines modern everyday life and the personal issues associated with it with introspection, deceleration and relaxation. I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness regularly for several years. On a trip through Nepal I met my guru Dr. Chintamani Gautam, who introduced me to the deep teachings of Ashtanga Yoga. I completed my yoga teacher training at the Himalayan Int'l Yoga Academy & Research Center (HIYA) in Kathmandu in spring 2013. In autumn 2013 I completed training as a yoga therapist at the German Institute for Relaxation Techniques and Communication in order to be able to make targeted offers for people with physical complaints. I also offer special yoga for addiction, stress, anxiety and trauma problems. Appointments for individual treatments on request.
My offer:
Teaching asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath control) in a beautiful room in the physiotherapy practice at Gendarmenmarkt.
Through small groups, I can adapt to the needs and abilities of the participants and offer individual support during practice. If necessary, also individual sessions. All courses are suitable for beginners and people with physical complaints. Mats are available on site. If you have your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it with you. Please also remember to wear comfortable clothing and not eat for two hours beforehand. It's not so good to exercise with a full stomach.

Dynamic Yoga (Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga)
