Description yoga
YANG YOGA was founded by Joachim Koch and stands for his way of teaching and practicing. Yang Yoga is dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which is also called moving, flowing or dance yoga, but also contains powerful Hatha Yoga influences in which you are more statically immersed in the power. At a time when, understandably, the YIN aspect of yoga - i.e. the more calm, quiet and cooling yoga practice - has increasingly been brought to the fore as a response to the hectic pace of everyday life, YANG YOGA wants to show that dynamism, strength, activity and Heat is important in yoga and has its place. Through them we melt tensions, relieve pressure and enable pent-up energies to flow into salvation. Of course, it is particularly important to feel where the transition lies between Yang and a sporty and ambitious approach that has no place in yoga. Breath and body feeling offer the solution. Unhealthy ambition always has its origins in the head, in comparative thinking - healthy Yang arises from the joy of movement and immersion in the body. YANG YOGA takes you out of thinking and towards the joy of movement and thus releases the pent-up stress.
