Here you'll experience a gentle introduction to the world of yoga. We'll warm up your body with gentle exercises that can also help you prevent back pain in everyday life. We'll get your circulation going, and you'll learn classic asanas and their effects. Through breathing exercises from Hatha Yoga, you'll also learn how to regulate your nervous system and calm your mind. We'll end each class with a final relaxation so your body can integrate what you've learned and regenerate. Please bring a blanket and warm, comfortable clothing.
After the class, you can submit your certificate of participation (if you've attended 7 classes) to your health insurance provider, which will allow you to receive a refund of up to 100% of the course fee.
