Description yoga
With us, you'll experience a gentle introduction to the world of yoga. In our health insurance-certified yoga classes, we warm up your body with gentle exercises that can also help you prevent back pain in everyday life. We get your circulation going, and you'll learn classic asanas and their effects. Through breathing exercises from Hatha Yoga, you'll also learn how to regulate your nervous system and calm your mind. We end each class with a final relaxation so your body can integrate what you've learned and regenerate. Please bring a blanket and warm, comfortable clothing.
Starting in January, we will also be offering Yin Yoga classes with live music and postpartum yoga classes.
After the classes, you can submit your certificate of participation (if you've attended 7 classes) to your health insurance provider and thus have the opportunity to receive up to 100% of the course fee back.
