Description yoga
My style is a blend of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow.
We practice together in a small group of no more than 6 people in the yoga studio at Birkbuschstraße 47, 12167 Berlin Steglitz.
My classic Vinyasa Flow is usually dynamic and powerful. It's suitable for both experienced yogis and beginners, as I always offer variations and can provide individual guidance thanks to the small group size.
In Vinyasa Yoga, breath is synchronized with movement. This has a calming effect on our nervous system. Body and mind are challenged, but not overwhelmed. My Vinyasa Flow is different in almost every class, with varying focuses on different body regions and a touch of yoga philosophy.
I also regularly offer themed workshops and workshop series.
