Description yoga
After dealing with contemporary dance, acting and singing, Far Eastern meditation techniques and health topics (psychotherapy and nutrition) for many years, I discovered Iyengar yoga at the end of the 90s. This combination of traditional yoga and the important impulses of B.K.S. Iyengar, thrilled me. Over time, Iyengar yoga took on an important place in my life. I began training as a yoga teacher in 2002 and completed my Iyengar yoga exam in 2006. During my three years of yoga training, I learned a lot of knowledge about yoga, yoga philosophy and yoga asanas thanks to my teachers. Constantly rediscovering yoga, experiencing a deeper understanding of yoga and feeling that yoga is a constant development process enriches me. I would like to pass on this enthusiasm and experience of yoga.
