Description yoga
For me, yoga as a way of life is not just about practicing asanas on the yoga mat - it is a path that connects body and mind and leads to greater awareness. My classes are based on traditional Hatha Yoga, inspired by the alignment principles and philosophical depth of Anusara Yoga.
I invite you to strengthen and stretch your body through mindful and powerful asanas, but at the same time to find conscious breathing control, silence and meditation.
My heart's desire is to walk this path with you - step by step, in connection and in exchange. Yoga can be a source of inner clarity, stability and joy in life. I look forward to learning from each other and growing together.
