Description yoga
Katy's yoga journey really began during her pregnancy when she turned to yoga to help keep herself fit and healthy. Through the exceptional help and guidance of Julie Hanson, one of the founders of Seasonal Yoga, Katy developed a true love for yoga and what a regular yoga practice can bring. A few months after the birth of her son she embarked on her RYS 200 teacher training with the Seasonal Yoga school in Glasgow and never looked back!
Katy has also had the fortune to practice with the world renowned Ashtangi, David Swenson when she participated in his Ashtanga Teacher Training program. Today she enjoys teaching yoga to anyone with an open mind, heart and a good sense of humor. She truly believes that yoga is accessible to everyone and when practiced can make you a better person physically, mentally and spiritually. Katy's classes are a great place to start for beginners and a fantastic platform to deepen your practice for all those already on their yogic path.
