Description yoga
In today’s fast-paced world, children and young people are exposed to many demands and stimuli. The stress level and pressure are increasing. Time to give children relaxation again and promote mindfulness! My children’s yoga classes offer many wonderful opportunities for this. The children learn numerous yoga exercises in a playful way. The whole body (muscles, spine, joints and organs) is strengthened. In combination with relaxation and perception exercises (such as fantasy journeys/meditations), concentration, social behavior and body awareness are promoted. My children's yoga classes are clearly structured; a consistent lesson structure gives the children security and a first yoga routine. Each yoga class is accompanied by sounds and music – together we discover the effect of a singing bowl, kalimba, sansula and other instruments. The individual exercises are even more fun when accompanied by rhythmic children's yoga songs and linked to an interesting story.
My wish is to offer children a space in which they can practice yoga with ease, free from expectations and pressure to perform. True to the motto: “I am good the way I am!”
