Description yoga
The “Little Yogis” course is a holistic yoga course for children aged 3-6. As parents, you are of course welcome to actively accompany your children on the course. The children learn asanas (these are the positions in yoga) in a playful way. These strengthen the body, train self-awareness and promote balance, among other things. We strengthen the lungs and immune system with child-friendly breathing exercises. And short dream stories invite the children to relax.
The current course runs until the end of November.
The new course starts on March 27th, 2023 at 3:30 p.m.
The course includes 8 units, each lasting 45 minutes.
