Kundalini Yoga in Honigsee and online
I offer Kundalini Yoga classes several times a week.
On Saturdays I offer workshops on specific topics such as pranayama, chakras and postures.
The lessons on Tuesday evening take place live in Honigsee and online via Zoom.
In my yoga classes, I attach great importance to meeting my participants where they are at the moment and not over- or under-challenging anyone.
Through my years of involvement with yoga and my background as a doctor of biology, I try not only to make the effects and benefits of yoga exercises tangible, but also to explain them briefly and succinctly.

Kundalini Yoga includes physical exercises (asanas) in mostly dynamic series of exercises (kriyas), which are always combined with breathing (pranayama), inner concentration and meditation.
