Description yoga

We begin with a mantra text, listen, sound, and recite. In meditation, we become aware of ourselves. Through visual concentration and breathing exercises, we guide the beneficial energies in our bodies with Pranayama, harmonize our emotions, clarify the mind, and stimulate self-healing. Occasionally, we move and stretch our bodies. Lying down, we expand our uplifting perception and way of life with Yoga Nidra. With a sound massage (Monochord or Kahiryanur Balance) while lying down, we hear and feel the harmonizing, gentle vibrations.
