Yoga ZOOM
From now on I offer yoga online via Zoom.
I call it "Good Night Yoga" - relaxation at the beginning, breathing exercise (Pranajama) Gentle yoga exercises with stretches and deep relaxation at the end. Suitable for beginners or for those who want to become beginners.
Different people can answer the question: What well-being is in different ways. For some it is money, family, good work or housing. For me, well-being is an inner balance. And inner balance cannot exist without consciousness. And the term "consciousness" is now on everyone's lips who are concerned with their own development. I believe that learning to live consciously means consciously perceiving the breath and the body. is one of the most important human goals. And that's why you have the opportunity to experience this state for an hour from the comfort of your own home and take it with you into your everyday life.
It takes place on Thursday at 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and costs €12.99 after the first trial lesson. If you would like to be there, please contact us via email or via the registration form. You will be included in the WhatsApp (possibly Telegram) group.
After registering, I will give you the link to Paypal for payment and the link to Zoom Yoga.
