Description yoga
Namaste, my name is Divya Mandy Schubert. I completed an 800-hour yoga teacher training course at Yoga Vidya as well as a Milk and Honey training course with Sandra von Zabiensky. For several years, I have been teaching primarily Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa Yoga. Asanas, pranayama, and meditation are part of every class. I currently teach classes at various fitness studios and a women's class at the adult education center. If you would like to have a private lesson with me or book me for a group yoga class (e.g., birthday party, bachelorette party, wine yoga, etc.), please feel free to contact me.
