ABOUT ME
After 7 years of traveling through Europe, I finally found a place where I want to stay. My hometown Chemnitz. Inspired by my yoga teachers in Innsbruck, a 6-month stay in a yoga ashram and various meditation retreats, I decided to start my training as a yoga teacher, which I successfully completed in September 2014. Since then I have really enjoyed teaching. Further training courses are being planned.
GENERALLY
Why “ONE MINUTE”? When I discovered yoga, my goal was to hold each asana for at least 1 minute. This principle still forms the basis of my own practice today.
STYLE
I teach a holistic yoga style in the tradition of Swami Sivananda and Yogani. The focus is on mindfulness and relaxation, which doesn't mean you can't work up a sweat.
YOGA CLASS
Please bring a yoga mat, a light blanket and a firm-core seat cushion.
Please arrive so that you have enough time to change in a relaxed manner before the yoga class.
For later courses after 7:00 p.m., access is via the fire escape behind the house.
