Now finally, after 8 years of traveling through various rooms, a beautiful little yoga studio was created in the heart of the city of Düren in 2019.
I look forward to welcoming you there and supporting you in finding your way to a balanced, relaxed and healthy life.
I am a relaxation teacher specializing in yoga, Thai yoga massage and the founder of Perpaco Yoga
“Perpaco” means “rest” in Latin. For me personally, it is a wonderful goal that I can achieve “complete peace” with what I do in yoga. Perpaco Yoga means: I can become one again with myself and my environment, one with my body, my mind, my soul.
I would like to support you in feeling exactly that.
