Description yoga
Our courses are aimed initially at those who have always wanted to try yoga but never had the opportunity, couldn't imagine it or simply want to start again. The only requirement you should have is your curiosity and joy in trying things out. We pursue an all-encompassing, holistic philosophy and integrate physical as well as mental techniques. The first breathing exercises await you and you will be introduced to the sun salutation step by step. The basic body positions (asanas) and deep relaxation techniques round off our first series of courses. There is also something for advanced users!
