Description yoga
Sri Sai Prana Yoga® is a combination of traditional Hatha Yoga and a special breathing technique that becomes an asana (posture) through conscious breathing and directing the life energy (prana) into the areas of the body.
Sri Sai Prana Yoga® is for everyone of any age and can be practiced regardless of their current level of fitness.
In my courses - whether live or online - you can learn and further deepen your practice in a nice group. The exercises are easy to learn and can be practiced at home.
Mondays and Thursdays we are at the Yoga & Prana Center Rosengarten / Vahrendorf. In summer, it takes place on Tuesdays in the garden in private settings.
I also give yoga lessons according to Sri Sai Prana Yoga® for riders - here the focus is especially on the areas of the body that are needed for riding. Since yoga always unites body, mind and soul, not only can the posture/giving of aids be improved/refined, but also the inner attitude, the mindset can become clearer, more focused and help with communication/dealing with the horse.
