I am Shi, an expert in moving in flow with life. With my over 4,000 teaching hours, I have already accompanied almost 16,000 people on their way to finding themselves and themselves.
In 10 years I have traveled our planet, gotten to know people with different traditions and in different life situations, experienced ups and downs and in the end... the journey continues... Where? Wherever my heart takes me. And that's exactly what makes life so exciting and worth living.
My yoga classes are powerful and help you gain new energy, more vigor, but also more relaxation and peace. Find your way with me into the here and now.
My courses cannot be billed through health insurance. I consciously decided against it. If you are looking for courses or sessions like this, you will definitely find them elsewhere. I address people who consciously want to take their lives into their own hands and CONSCIOUSLY control change and are willing to do something about it.
