Description yoga
I teach the well-known and simple style of Hatha Yoga, consisting of asanas, pranayama and meditation.
In my lessons, corrections are made and questions are answered individually.
For me it is important to use all the possibilities that the body and mind have available in class.
This begins with the inner thoughts during the asanas and extends to physical resources,
which always vary depending on who practices yoga.
