I LOVE yoga! Since my first yoga class 18 years ago in India! A lot has changed… and yet is still somehow the same…. yoga too!
Yoga is change, flow, breathing in, breathing out, BEING and healing.
The LEBENSRAUM practice is about all aspects of “getting yourself and the environment in order”! At all levels. BODY-SOUL-SPIRIT!
