Description yoga
Namasté, I'm Susi, a teacher for Hatha Yoga and deep relaxation. For me, yoga is a matter of the heart and my personal way to overcome turbulent times, to continually develop myself personally and to go through life with a positive attitude. And that's exactly what I want to pass on to my participants. Take time for yourself, switch off, breathe deeply, be completely with yourself and come back to yourself and at the same time strengthen your body with gentle stretches, combined with breathing and lots of relaxation. So that you remain completely in balance even in turbulent times. My training as a yoga teacher included +600 hours and was completed and tested according to the BDY guidelines.
