Description yoga
I am often asked how the job of a programmer and a yoga teacher fit into one person. I can hardly imagine a better balance. Yoga has accompanied me since 2007. Whether in theory, like Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, or in meditation to find peace. I prefer to practice the athletic part of yoga. Sometimes gentle Yin Yoga, then strenuous Ashtanga or demanding Jivamukti. As a yoga teacher in the Sivananda tradition, I like to think outside the box so that I can always come back to Sivananda Yoga. How are my lessons? Always different, an adventure like life itself.
